Emulate a Tail command with PowerShell

I was intensively willing to make some long scripting to keep tracking a log file when I remembered the Unix tail command. Wondering if Powershell had implemented some kind of cmd-let or extension I came across with an unused parameter for Get-Content and it made the trick.

Get-Content <FileName> -Wait

That’s all you need. It shows the file content and waits for a new change to display it. So cool…!
