Get the current vRAM on your Infrastructure

Simply try this :

Get-VM | Where-Object {$_.PowerState -eq ‘PoweredOn’ } | Measure-Object MemoryMB –Sum

That will report the current vRam in use on your current vCenter. Repeat that for every vCenter in case you were using linked mode.
